Ashtrom Group · Strategic client
Six systems, one client: from the field, through Priority, to AI
Zooz-tech built a complete set of systems for Ashtrom Group: quality control, digital contracts, a media library, real-time truck tracking, an AI agent on WhatsApp, and AI and voice search on the website. All of them connect to the group's Priority ERP, SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and run in its own cloud environment.
Digital contracts · SharePoint · Priority
From preparing the subcontractor contract to signing, in one place
- 12 contract stages, 3 internal approval rounds and 33 automated flows.
- Documents are generated from templates in the contract's SharePoint folder and edited in Word from within the system.
- "What is this contract missing": the stage is determined by what has been completed, not by a field someone types in.
- A "My approvals" queue by role, showing how many days each contract has been waiting.
- The contract document comes from Priority, and the signed contract goes back to the ERP. Digital signature in EasyDo is the next step.

Media library · SharePoint · Power Pages · Azure
One place for all of the group's photos, videos and logos
- External photographers upload to the project folder assigned to them, through a supplier portal with a one-time code.
- Files up to 10GB, 31 types including RAW and video, straight to secure storage.
- A SharePoint gallery: search, filter and download as ZIP, and every employee sees only what they are allowed to.
- 3 management levels, supplier permissions with an expiry date, a log of every change, and about 1.2K automated tests.

Truck tracking · Priority · Mapbox
The whole fleet on one map, with traffic-based arrival times
- Live GPS location and delivery notes from Priority are linked automatically by delivery note number.
- Estimated arrival time based on real traffic, not a straight line, and the actual route in one click.
- One search across 7 fields: truck, driver, delivery note, customer, site, item number and order.
- A color-coded status for every truck, and a live count by plant and status.
