AI products we built and run for our clients

Alongside the projects Zooz-tech builds for each organization, we developed two AI products of our own, on Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Agent Framework. Both are in use at clients today.

KESHER bot: a card of city events built inside the conversation

Local authorities and customer service

KESHER: an AI-based resident service platform

A resident bot on the website, on WhatsApp, by voice and by phone, plus a contact center console where an agent joins the conversation with the full context. Built on Azure AI Foundry and connected to Dynamics 365. Active pilot at Rishon LeZion Municipality.
