Why Zooz-tech?
Because that is what we do: we move things ('zooz', זוז, is Hebrew for 'move'). A process that runs on Excel and email becomes a system. A system that answers becomes an agent that takes action. And a website that waits to be searched starts talking to its users.
Our logo is made of two triangles that meet on a diagonal: a deep understanding of the business process, and the peak of Microsoft technology. The Z between them is the movement.

How a project stays on schedule
Meeting schedules is a working method, not luck. At Zooz-tech, delivery management is a defined role: a Head of Delivery leads every project from requirements to production, and this is how it runs:
Milestones defined in advance
The project is divided into stages, and each stage has a deliverable and a date. The specification sets what is delivered at each stage, so it is clear in advance what you can expect to see and when.
Demos along the way
At the end of every stage we show the client a working system, not a slide deck. Feedback goes into the next stage instead of surfacing on go-live day.
Acceptance criteria for deliverables
For every deliverable we define in advance what counts as "working": test scenarios, data and users. A deliverable is handed over only after it passes them.
Scope changes on the table
When a new requirement comes up, we assess its impact on time and cost, and decide together with the client whether to include it now or in the next stage.
Accountability after go-live
Go-live is not the end of the project: a stabilization period, issue handling, monitoring and improvements, with the same team that built the system.

Turns work plans into reality. She leads Zooz-tech's projects from requirements to production. Background in digital transformation and product management, with a degree in industrial engineering and management and an MBA specializing in Big Data and AI.
Our partnership with Microsoft
Zooz-tech is an official Microsoft Partner in Israel and leads development on Azure, AI, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 in the Israeli market. We work closely with the Microsoft Israel team and bring Microsoft's new technologies to organizations, from demo to production.

Solutions built to Microsoft's architecture and tools, within the organization's environment and permissions, and a direct line to the Microsoft Israel team when needed.
